Each EROYA HAIR extension is made to order using a meticulous artisanal process to ensure exceptional quality.
Production Time
All of our hair extensions require a production time of:
5 to 7 business days
This timeframe may vary depending on the selected color, length, or volume.
Shipping Time
Once production is complete, your order is shipped via:
DHL Express or FedEx – Delivery within 2 to 4 business days

Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on:

Customs Duties and Local Taxes
Customs duties, local taxes, or import fees may apply depending on the destination country.

If the customer refuses to pay customs or import fees, the package may be held, returned to the sender, or destroyed by the relevant authorities.
This situation will be considered a refusal of delivery by the customer.
No refund will be issued in this case, unless required by mandatory applicable law, as the product is custom-made and shipped in accordance with the order.

Customers are informed in advance of any closure period via the website (announcement bar) and/or email.
No refund may be requested due to delays related to an announced holiday or closure period.
Incorrect Address
If the shipping address provided is incorrect or incomplete and the package is returned:
Reshipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
