Discover the EROYA professional method for a perfect application of adhesive extensions.

This “sandwich” technique guarantees a strong, invisible and ultra-comfortable hold.

  1. Separate a thin strand (neither too thick, nor too thin).
  2. Place the first adhesive strip 1 cm from the scalp.
  3. Fold the wick back, then glue the top strip exactly aligned with the first one.
  4. Pinch for a few seconds to secure the pose.

Result: a clean, long-lasting hold, completely invisible in the hair.

Can I install the extensions myself at home?

Yes, EROYA adhesive application is easy, quick, and accessible even to beginners thanks to our sandwich method. However, for optimal results and perfectly harmonious placement, we recommend professional salon installation.

Do you offer a guarantee?

Our extensions are custom-made to order. If you receive the wrong color, length, or a defective product, we will send you a new pair free of charge.

The guarantee does not cover customer errors in choice (color, weight, length) or extensions that have already been worn.

Can I return my order?

As our extensions are made to order for each customer, returns are not accepted.

An exchange or refund is only possible in case of an error on our part (wrong color, wrong length, defect).

In this case, the extensions must be new, unused, uncut and uninstalled.

What is the delivery time?

EROYA Hair is a Dubai-based brand. Our products are shipped from our international partner workshops to ensure the best quality and availability.

  • Custom manufacturing: 10 to 14 business days
  • DHL Express Shipping: 2 to 4 business days

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

Could customs fees apply to my order?

In most cases, EROYA Hair customers are not charged customs fees. However, depending on the destination country, local fees or taxes may exceptionally be charged by the carrier upon delivery. When applicable, these fees are generally small (a few euros) and beyond our control.

Can I sleep with my extensions in?

Yes, absolutely. Adhesive extensions are lightweight and comfortable. To preserve their lifespan, we recommend sleeping with a protective hairstyle (braid or low bun) to prevent tangles and prolong the life of the extensions.

How do I care for my extensions?

To preserve your installation:

  • Use a sulfate-free shampoo.
  • Avoid the roots when applying the mask.
  • Brush gently morning and evening.
  • Avoid very hot water.
  • Dry the roots after each wash.
  • Avoid applying excessive heat directly to the adhesive strips and keratin points.

    Proper maintenance ensures maximum lifespan for your extensions.

Are hair extensions compatible with fine hair?

Yes! Adhesive extensions are the best choice for fine hair: very flat and invisible, they do not damage the hair fiber when properly applied and maintained.

What weight should I choose for a natural result?

  • 40 to 60 g: light density / retouching
  • 60 to 80 g: natural volume
  • 80 to 120 g: XL volume
  • 120g and over: complete transformation

Can extensions be colored or toned?

You can lightly tone it (e.g., patina, blue shampoo).

However, we strongly advise against:

  • discoloration,
  • permanent hair dyes,
  • Harsh products could damage the fiber.

How long do adhesive extensions last?

Our extensions typically last 6 to 8 weeks before removal and reapplication. Fiber extensions, however, can last up to 12 months with proper care.

Do hair extensions damage hair?

No. With professional application and proper care, extensions do not damage natural hair. Our adhesive strips are designed to be soft, flexible, and non-aggressive.

Are the extensions reusable?

Yes, our adhesive strips are reusable several times thanks to the replacement of the tapes.

How long does it take to apply the extensions?

The complete application can be done in 30 minutes to 1 hour , depending on the desired quantity.
