What weight should I choose for a natural result?

Are hair extensions compatible with fine hair?
Yes. Adhesive extensions are particularly suitable for fine hair.
They are flat, discreet and do not damage the hair fiber when properly applied and maintained.
Can extensions be colored or toned?
EROYA Hair extensions are made of natural hair.
It is possible to slightly tone them, for example with:
- a patina,
- a blue or purple shampoo.
However, we strongly advise against:
- discoloration,
- permanent hair dyes,
- the use of chemical or aggressive products,
because this could damage the hair fiber and reduce the lifespan of the extensions.
To preserve the quality and longevity of the hair, we recommend choosing the shade that is as close as possible to your color when ordering.
Can I install the extensions myself at home?
It depends on the type of extensions chosen.
- Adhesive extensions: yes, they can be applied at home by yourself. It's simple, quick, and affordable thanks to the sandwich method.
- Clip-in extensions: yes, they are designed to be easily put in and taken out by yourself.
- Weft extensions and keratin extensions: no, the application must be carried out by a professional in order to guarantee an aesthetic result, good hold and respect for the hair fiber.
Can I sleep with my extensions in?
- Tape-in hair extensions, weft and keratin extensions: yes, you can sleep with them. We recommend creating a protective hairstyle (braid or low bun) to avoid tangles and prolong their lifespan.
- Clip-in extensions: no, it is strongly advised to remove them before sleeping.
How do I care for my extensions?
To preserve hair quality and the hold of the style:
- Use a sulfate-free shampoo.
- Avoid applying masks or treatments to the roots.
- Brush gently morning and evening.
- Avoid very hot water.
- Dry the roots after each wash.
- Avoid applying excessive heat directly to the adhesive strips and keratin points.
Proper maintenance guarantees an optimal lifespan for your extensions.
What are the delivery times?
Delivery times vary depending on the type of extensions and options chosen.
Products in stock – fast delivery:
For tape-in, weft and keratin extensions in lengths of 20" cm and 24" inches, shipping is fast:
- Express delivery: 2 to 4 business days (via DHL or FedEx)
Custom-made products:
The following products require custom manufacturing:
- extensions in 70 cm,
- specific colors
- ombre/sweeping,
- Clip-in extensions.
Delivery times for these products:
- Production time: 5 to 7 business days.
- Express delivery: 2 to 4 business days (via DHL or FedEx).
Could customs fees apply to my order?
In most cases, no customs fees are charged to EROYA Hair customers.
However, depending on the country of destination, local fees or taxes may exceptionally be requested by the carrier upon delivery.
When they apply, these fees generally remain small (a few dollars) and are beyond our control.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
This number allows you to track the delivery of your package in real time via the carrier (DHL or FedEx).
If you do not receive your follow-up email, please check your spam folder or contact our customer service.
What is the duration of the extensions according to the method?
The duration varies depending on the installation method and maintenance.
Adhesive extensions
Adhesive extensions last on average 6 to 8 weeks before removal/reapplication.
Hair fibers can be stored and reused for up to 12 months with proper care.
Keratin extensions
The keratin used is fine, discreet and flat, for a natural look.
Keratin extensions can last on average 4 to 5 months, depending on hair growth and maintenance.
Weft extensions
Weft extensions have an average lifespan of approximately 3 months, depending on the attachment method, regrowth and maintenance.
Clip-in extensions
Clip-in extensions can be kept for several years, as they are not worn continuously.
Being made of natural hair, their lifespan depends mainly on the frequency of use and maintenance.
Are the extensions reusable?
It depends on the method chosen.
- Adhesive extensions: yes, they are reusable several times thanks to the replacement of the adhesive strips.
- Weft extensions: yes, they can be reused depending on the condition of the fiber and the reinstallation method.
- Keratin extensions: no, they are not reusable after removal.
- Clip-in extensions: yes, they are fully reusable.
How long does it take to apply the extensions?
- The exposure time varies depending on the technique used:
- Adhesive extensions: approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the quantity applied
- Keratin extensions: approximately 2 to 3 hours, depending on the
- Weft: approximately 1.5 to 2 hours
- Clip-in extensions: a few minutes, immediate application and removal
Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes, we only offer a guarantee in the event of an error on our part.
If we have made a mistake on:
- the color,
- the length,
An exchange is accepted.
In this case :
- The client sends back the extensions they received.
- We will send back extensions that match the order free of charge.
The warranty does not cover:
- errors in customer choice (color, weight, length),
- extensions that have already been worn, used, cut or put on.
Can I return my order?
No, refunds are not possible.
Our extensions are custom-made to order, therefore returns are not accepted.
An exchange is only possible in case of an error on our part (wrong color or wrong length).
To be eligible for an exchange, the extensions must be:
- new,
- not used
- uncut,
- not asked.
